Their training programs encompass a wide range of fields, including Software Development, Software Testing, Microsoft Power BI, Accessibility Testing, Financial Accounting, Core banking, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Microsoft Power Automate, and more. Among 3 Million NGOs in India, they are among the handful of NGOs who train Persons with Disabilities in Niche Skills.
They don't charge fees to inclusive companies that hire our candidates, whether as employees, consultants, or paid interns. To date, WinVinaya has served 18 out of the 21 recognized disability categories in India, training over 1250+ candidates and placing 430+ individuals in a variety of roles across Fortune 100 companies, MNCs, MSMEs, and startups. 50% of WinVinaya’s employees are people with disabilities and our trainers are a perfect combination of young and experienced minds.
Their innovative WinVinaya Academy is an Award-Winning Learning Platform, tailored for persons with disabilities. They have courses in IT, Banking, Accounting and more in simple english and indian sign language medium.

Celebrating 100 glorious years, The Bombay Mothers & Children Welfare Society is a Public Charitable Trust. This organisation is a sustainable social enterprise. They are the ones who reach out to those who require assistance in matters of health and education and vocational training at the urban as well as rural levels. They reach to the people most deprived and fulfill their basic needs of water and power.

Mitra CanCare Foundation is a not-for-profit organization, chartered with the mission to "prevent cancer through awareness" and provide "comprehensive cancer care as a professional service".
They engage with organisations, corporate, educational institutions, and social organizations in rolling out structured wellness and cancer prevention through awareness programs to lower the cancer burden. Their subscribed services curated by oncology expert consultants as part of their advisory panel provide unique value to cancer patients.
