I recently travelled on a family holiday followed by an academic meeting. My taste buds took an overdose and were craving for simple comfort home food by the end of the week.

This experience got me thinking about a podcast I listened recently about taste and it's perception.

Andrew Huberman is a neuroscientist who hosts the popular podcast Huberman Lab. This episode with Dr Charles Tucker takes a deep dive into biology of taste. You can find notes on this episode here.
