Blue LED light, insomnia and much more

In the discovery of LED, we have changed the way our primitive brains are supposed to function.

Our days are filled with constant exposure to screen (most of them are blueish LED) which probably is adequately zapping the neurochemistry of our brains.

No wonder the next gen is growing up with anxiety, insomnia and other related issues.
