We are reaching a golden age of podcasts. According to latest stats there are 2.4+million podcasts globally with more than 380 million listeners. We have 24 hours in a day and if willing to spare or steal, 20-30 minutes to listen to a podcast. What do we listen to? Where to search for a good podcast?
I have been listening to them for over a decade now. Initially it was scientific updates in the form of podcasts. Then for a few years was hooked to Dan Carlin and his hard-core history podcast. Nowadays I have a good list of podcasts that I shortlist. If the first 5-10 minutes are appealing I tend to listen to them completely and make notes for the future .
Below is a list of the podcasts I enjoyed this year.
Lex Friedman with Tim Urban
Patrick O'Shaughnessy with Aswath Damodaran
Lex with Michael Levin
Shane Parrish with Michael Goldsmith
Shane with David Sinclair
One percent show by Vishal Khandelwal
Lex with Donald Hoffman
If these aren't enough check this list created by Dickie Bush.
Hope you enjoy them.
