We are already through half of this year. It has been challenging for all of us on many fronts. Many of you might already be regular meditators or might have have attended a workshop (with an intent to start regularly). This might be a good time to start if you haven’t yet done it.

Here is short read by Vishal on the benefits of meditation.

I have been using the app Black Lotus for many months now. It is by Om Swami and is based on his teachings. A good book to start would be A Million Thoughts by him and I would strongly recommend it.
