Eat your dinner at 2pm.

This article argues based on some recent research emerging from diet/obesity/metabolism studies… That you should eat your evening meal well before sunset.

Each culture is different in picking a time to eat their dinner. However, more data in this field might change our eating habits to improve overall health.
