The sleep epidemic – is slowly killing us !

As alarming as the above title sounds, it is far from fiction. As we work hard, party harder and sleep less, this is causing a deathly spiral in all aspects of our lives. It is slowly killing us.

This article, a by-product of the TED talk by Matthew Walker highlights the above concern.

I have read his book ‘Why we sleep‘ and would highly recommend to anyone remotely interested in understanding sleep.
