I have been following Shane Parrish's work for many years. His blog Farnham Street and the Podcast The Knowledge Project (TKP) have given me wise, actionable points.

While reading his book Clear Thinking I came across the difference between a 'nice' and 'kind' person. The reference was his Podcast interview with Sarah Jones Simmer on TKP. I didn't hesitate to listen in.
The one hour podcast highlights:
The need to focus on a five year time frame to plan
T shaped learning
Importance of gratitude, clarity of purpose
Having someone to share everyday happenings on longer-term health
Diverse perspectives and the problem solving capacity of a team
Nice and kind person
Importance of voice to voice conversation (nothing/little lost to translation) in comparison to texting
Importance of relationships
Finding joy and knowing love being the definition of success.
A good one for the weekend.
