Steven Bartlett is in conversation with Mo Gawdat. Mo was the business head of Google X. He has founded 20+ businesses and author of bestsellers on Happiness and AI. He is on a mission to create 1 billion happy humans.
This podcast is recorded in 2021 and covers topics such as happiness, emotions, AI, conditional vs unconditional love, and much more. It runs close to 2hrs and there is not a second you will feel like zoning off. Listen to it on your evening walk in one go and you are sure to clock 15k steps on your smartwatch without realising it.

Don't write for others. Write for yourself
Happiness is calm or peace you feel when everything is going according to plan
If you have been following a topic for two months and are unable to influence it.. Stop watching/following it
Unhappiness is a survival mechanism. Don't try to avoid feeling it. The game is how quickly you bounce back to happiness
Plot emotions with time. Majority of negative emotions are in the past or future. Positive emotions are in the present
99.99% of people wouldn't erase the most traumatic experience of their life - because of all the things that it would led to, etc
Gratitude is the ultimate solution to happiness equation. It's neuroplasticity at it's best
Learn to love without conditions and the universe will do the same when you need it most
Treat AI like a child and think how you bring up this child. Teach it the right things.
